How can you donate for the film 'Herman; the man behind the terror'

People complained they find it  difficult to  get information about how to donate for my film.

Here we have our fundraising campaign  (please hurry, we film soon).

Our  film website  here

I have been thinking how to make this more visible and also took the point of publishing the banking details on my blog.

First, there is a campaign opened on IndiegoGo  , you can access the website and pay via Pay Pal or directly with your debit or credit card. On the IndiegoGo  website there are details about the film, the team involved in this project, the amount we need and the plan that we have to fulfill our goal.

If you want to send your donation straight to our bank account, there are three available accounts  as well. For you, to benefit from the fiscal subvention and to be able to deduce your income tax from the donation, we made a partnership with  Connections Association - an NPO that supports youth initiatives in the area of education, culture, art and sport (www.connections.org.ro). When you make the donation, please specify FILM as the subject. Thank you!

Below, I will publish the historic context of the film story:
In 1947, Romania switches to Communism. Under Soviet pressure, King Michael of Hohenzollern, abdicates and leaves the country at the age of 18.  Marshall Ion Antonescu is arrested, executed and the legionary movement, suppressed. Despite this, some rebel factions refuse to surrender.
The Reds start hunting legionaries, especially students and pupils. They are brought into reforming prisons and unmasked. The whole process of unmasking was a complex and painful one, both physically and mentallySometimes it went too far, involving total annihilation of the subject.
Between 1949 and 1951, Pitești Prison hosted the climax of Communist Reformation in Romania, a procedure through which prisoners were determined, under inhuman torture, to deny their own identities, until they gained a new one, in total accordance with the Communist Doctrine.
Many did not survive, and the ones who did, later on turned into tormentors, following a diabolic system, invented by a Soviet teacher, Maka, and perfected by a presumed legionary, Hermann.
Most prisoners from Suceava, Pitești and Gherla, were systematically tortured by Hermann and his followers.

As Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn agrees (the 1970 Nobel Prize laureate for literature), the re-education strategy occurred in Pitesti was the "most terrible act of barbarism in the contemporary world". Historian François Furet, member of the French Academy, considers the Pitesti phenomenon as "one of the most terrible experiments in dehumanisation that our epoch has known".

We think that this part of the Romanian history must be known by us, the Romanians, worldwide as well. It's a part of history that should never happen again.

Please see our pitch here

We are at the development stage of the film - the trailer will be ready after shooting the whole story - some of you asked for a trailer and I needed to explain...

See you at the Gala!
